Garrison Group Inc., Centre @ 501’s property management company, continues to accept pre-applications for residential move in.

Centre@501 offers a total of 25 residential units, of which 18 are designated market rate and  7 units are designated as workforce housing where income restrictions apply. Tenants of such units must meet income eligibility in order to rent.

All interested residents wishing to live in Centre @ 501 need to submit a pre-application form. They may do so in the following ways:
